Monica announced in a press release that "the spices used in tobacco derived products (such as cigarette holders, cigarette paper, and cigarette capsules) have now been completely banned," and the e-liquid used in e-cigarettes will be subject to "the same controls as traditional tobacco.". This regulation will take effect within three months after its publication.
